FROZEN 2 out on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on Tuesday, February 25

Happy Monday MMT Fam! I’m excited to announce that one of my favorite films from 2019 and the #1 animated film of all-time, FROZEN 2, is coming out with a sing-along version and all-new extras on 4K Ultra HD™, Blu-ray™ and DVD tomorrow, Feb. 25.

In “Frozen 2,” the answer to why Elsa was born with magical powers is calling her and threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she sets out on a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In the highly anticipated sequel, she must hope they are enough. From the Academy Award®-winning team— directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, producer Peter Del Vecho and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez— “Frozen 2” features the voices of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad.

The “Frozen 2” 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD bonus features will also include deleted scenes, deleted songs, Easter eggs, outtakes and a sing-along version with lyrics to the film’s highly infectious songs. Extras invite viewers to go behind-the-scenes to hear personal, making-of stories from the “Frozen 2”cast and crew.

Fans who bring the film home early on Digital will receive two exclusive extras: an interview with songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, who won an Oscar® for Best Original Song (“Let It Go,” 2014) and wrote seven original songs for this film, and a deleted song titled “Unmeltable Me” – OMG if that’s an Olaf tune, I’m with it!

You can check out my full review of the film here, but here’s a snippet of why I gave it 3.5 out of 5 on the MMTrometer: “On the whole, FROZEN 2 is a fun sequel with a solid story, good music and great themes – that old and new fans alike can most certainly find attractive. It would be a great holiday outing for the family.”

Disney’s “Frozen 2” is available now on Digital and available on the aforementioned tomorrow. Click here to get purchase and additional information about the film.

Until next thought, Thomasena

PS: Here’s one of my favorites from the film, check out the 80’s vibe! 😉
