MMT UPDATE AND HIATUS

Hello MMT Fam. I’ve been putting off writing this for as long as possible, but I have to share some unfortunate news. Due to unforeseen medical complications, I am having to go on hiatus for a bit.

Prior to this revelation, I was actually considering whether or not to continue MusicMoviesThoughts as is, and debating with myself on revising or starting over anew. I must be honest, I am not sure – given the amount of time I will have recuperating from surgery – what the determination will be, but for now I am planning to resume as normal once I am physically capable.

I want to thank everyone who has supported the site faithfully, and those newer persons who’ve just signed on for a chance to win those “Roman J. Israel Esq.” and “Suburbicon” contests. PS – the winners for the latter will still be notified this week (so lookout for those emails 😉 ).

  2. You will be missed it’s not just about music movies and thoughts it’s about you so don’t think that your fans won’t want to visit you or send you well wishes for a speedy recovery I know I will given the chance I would visit.

  3. So sorry to hear this! I truly pray that God watches over you & the medical team that you have entrusted to care for you. God speed for a total recovery and the return of MMT or something new. I’ll miss you, but anticipating your return! Positive thoughts for total healing! 😘

  7. Wow I am so sorry to hear this.you defintely will be missed but the most important thing is your health and then your road to recovery which I pray will be smooth and swift.
    Thank you for all you have done in providing us these opportunities to enjoy these movies and enjoying your reviews.

  11. Thomasena – Hey sorry to hear of your illness requires surgery. I hope it’s for the better. I have CRPS so understand not being able. I just got lots of new injuries from pushing myself through my dad’s medical crisis’.Take the time you need to rest and recuperate. Don’t forget your vitamin/supplements to aid repair before and after – it really helps and speeds up the recovery processes. Hope you have someone to look out for you in the hospital too. Get well soon,

  14. You got this! Praying for strength, healing, and a successful recovery. I will miss reading your reviews, but you have to take care and focus on you right now. I look forward to your return.
